Combat Rogue 5.4 PVE Guide

This a beginner’s to intermediate guide for Combat Rogue in the and patches, but even seasoned Rogues may be able to find some tips for their play. The guide is super long so I have added annotations if you want to skip ahead. I recorded all audio while playing so for certain portions I am not playing well while talking but i did I add some target dummy dps at normal speed at the end to see real dps and rotation.
