Time Lapse of Largest-Ever LEGO® American Flag – Smithsonian National Museum of American History

On July 1st in Washington D.C., LEGO® Master Builders were joined by 15,000 visitors to the Smithsonian National Museum of American History to build the largest ever LEGO American flag in celebration of the opening of the museum’s new Innovation Wing. The larger-than-life LEGO version of the American flag measures 9.5’ tall by 14’ wide, includes over 100,000 bricks and is displayed downstairs from the museum’s inspiring display of the original Star Spangled Banner.
