Alpha Delta DX-EE can’t be the Reference Antenna (#248)

Oh dear, I was excited when my Alpha Delta DX-EE antenna arrived from DX Engineering. Great, I thought, up it goes. Well, then came the testing. The results clearly show that this antenna does not properly cover 40 meters - only about 20% of it without a wide-range tuner. So it can’t be the station reference antenna.
