A comparison of six plug-in models based on the LA-2A hardware compressor. Plug-ins included are: Waves CLA-2A Ik Multimedia T-Racks White 2A Native Instruments VC 2A (Softube) UAD Teletronix LA-2A Silver, Grey, and Original Settings are similar on each unit but set by ear as well as level matched by ear. Some sound better pushed a little harder. Remember, in use, comparisons between plug-ins is of lesser value. I think all these can give you great results (though I do have my favorite for this track ;)
