Absent any such restrictions, these materials are free to use and reuse.“ For some reason youtube keeps telling me that someone owns the rights to that and my video will be restricted. I was amazed to see that someone is selling those clips (not cheap) as stock footage, nobody should be making profit on a video that’s free and downloadable for everyone in the world.
