Les dates de 987 et 1792 correspondent uniquement à la fondation et à la chute du Royaume de France. La musique, que j’appelle ici “hymne“, a été jouée principalement à la restauration en 1814 par les royalistes qui fêtaient le retour du Roi. _____________________________ 🇬🇧 (English) Kingdom of France did not have a “national anthem“, the name of the original music is “Vive Henri IV !“ which means “Long Live Henri IV !“. The dates of 987 and 1792 only correspond to the foundation and fall of the Kingdom of France. The music, which I call here “anthem“, was played mainly at the French monarchist restoration (and the fall of the Premier Empire) in 1814 by the royalists who celebrated the return of the King.
