Perfect Weeknight Ramen Recipe | Delicious Oxtail Ramen

Shopping List: 2-3 lbs Oxtail 2 packages of ramen (just the noodles) 1 tbsp White and Red Miso Paste 2 eggs (6 minute boil) 1 tbsp better than bouillon beef base 1 onin 3 sprigs green onion Fresh garlic 2-4 cups of beef broth (to cover the oxtail in pressure cooker) bean sprouts for garnish diced chives Marinade: 3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce 2 tbsps rice wine vinegar 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste 1-2 tsps worcestershire sauce AP Seasoning (or salt and pepper) 2 cups beef broth Marinade oxtail for 2-24 hours. Sear and then place in the pressure cooker. Add the marinade to the skillet and bring to a boil with miso paste, beef base, etc. Pour this over the oxtail and pressure cook them for 55 minutes.
