Cocoa Beach man using teen persona drives to Deltona for sex with 12-year-old, deputies say

A 29-year-old Cocoa Beach man accused of portraying himself as a minor online to have sex with a 12-year-old girl was arrested Saturday by Volusia County deputies after a detective reportedly assumed a false identity of their own to lure him in.
