El Niño Costume with lightning and real rain!

Part II: I made my daughter Zoey into El Niño! We had a lot of fun together making the cloud for her head. It turned out to be a little too big for her little neck to support very good. Her head wobbled a bit. 98 LEDs and an arduino nano control the lightning and a switch in her hand turns on the rain which is a washer fluid pump that sucks from a water bottle in her backpack.
