Off-Grid Workshop & Greenhouse, Tool Maintenance, Rainwater Collection, Fishing, Outdoor Cooking

A rainy week at the off-grid wilderness homestead encourages me to go fishing and catch up on some chores - installing gutters on the greenhouse, carving an ash handle for a bark spud, digging holes for fence posts. I cook fresh fish in a cast iron pan on an open campfire for lunch and beans with dried mushrooms for dinner. At the end of the video, I explore the wilderness near my homestead, filming a fawn whitetail deer with its mother and capture more wildlife by drone.
