For this demonstration, Tom shows how it is done through shadowboxing, however this same 18 step drill can also be done on the pads. The boxer first starts by throwing the one two hook, then throw the left hook to the body, followed by uppercut and hook, then throws a left hook to the body and right hand to the head, then right hook to the body, right uppercut, left hook and then add in more defense with proper head movements.
