Flow Drill for Speed Changes on the Heavy Bag

Flow Drill for Speed Changes on the Heavy Bag. Tom Yankello of the @WorldClassBoxingChannel teaches you a drill on the heavy bag that trains you a flow drill that incorporates speed changes. Tom explains the do’s and don’ts of this drill. You do want to stay in rhythm and keep your entire body in rhythm while punching. What you don’t want to do is have just your arms punching without incorporating your legs and hips. You want to focus on keeping your body in rhythm so that you can flow from different punch combinations using different speed changes. Tom also explains how to move your head off the flow as well as how to incorporate angles while doing the flow drill. 0:00 Introduction 1:00 Speed changes and Flow Drill 1:20 Do’s and Don’ts 2:00 Demonstration on the Heavy Bag 3:54 Tom Yankello coaching Find Tom Yankello at: Email: tomyankello@ Website: Phone: TikTok: @tomyankello?lang=en Instagram: Facebook: Facebook Gym: Twitter: LinkedIn: SUBSCRIBE | Please let me know what you think of the video by leaving a comment below.
