Today we begin our three part release of Andrews v Law Society of BC. This is a seminal decision in the line of section 15 jurisprudence under the Charter which deals with analogous grounds and concerns the citizenship requirement under the BC Barrister’s and Solicitors Act. An oldie, but a goodie and definitely important in the line of section 15 jurisprudence. First up we have the very short Majority decision, penned by Justice Wilson.
