HD is your friend } Part 1: Part 2: Sarabi = Older Kiara Cub Simba/Simba = Son of Mufasa and Kiara Scar = Older Kovu Scenario: The whole pride gathers to mourn for the loss of their queen and Scar. It’s a grave time for them and Kiara just can’t take it anymore. She runs away from pride rock, to distraught with all the memories she has there. She wanders for days, constantly reminded of her mother until she stumbles across a seemingly abandoned cave. However it’s not quite empty. Mufasa finds Kiara crying and goes to see what she’s doing in his lands and why she is so depressed. They hit it off nicely and he offers for her to join his pride. She happily accepts the offer and leaves with him. Kiara learns over the time she spends with Mufasa on how to cope in her life and moves on to become his queen and the mother to his heir, Simba. Months go by and one night when the family is out together, Simba asks about his why he never sees his family on Kiaras side and why she’s so quiet about them. She tries to tell him and explains that there was a darkness within her father that he couldn’t escape. Meanwhile, Kovu is not as dead as he seems. He has moved on from his past mistakes and seeks out Kiara, wondering whatever happened to his daughter. But he sees them all together and hears Kiara explain her past life to her son, highly resentful of his actions towards Nala, Kiara, his father and the pride. He too nervous to approach her and feels it would be better if he weren’t in her life. Yet he sticks around on the sidelines, watching Kiara and her family grow from afar. Kovu watches as Simba grows from a cub into a young lion. Years go by and Kovu has grown old and resentful of himself. He is wandering the borders to closely and Mufasa accidentally sees him. He thinks that he’s there to claim his territory but Kovu claims that it’s not as it seems and tries leaving. Simba overhears the fight and tells his mother he’s going to see whats wrong. Kiara follows close behind, worried to see what the issue is. Simba corners Kovu and is ready to pounce when she calls him off. Recognizing the stranger as Kovu, her father she thought to be dead. She yells and argues with him with Mufasa and Simba watching from the sidelines, feeling that Kiara and Kovu need to settle their differences alone. Kovu and Kiara have a heart to heart and eventually forgive one another. They nuzzle and a few days afterwards Kovu passes away from old age, finally able to rest in peace. Kovu looks over his daughter one more time, saddened that they didn’t get to spend more positive time together before they were ripped apart. Nala then appears infront of Kovu. He apologizes to her as well for all of his mistakes. However, Nala has long moved on and is at peace and is eager for Kovu to be aswell.
