👉 Subscribe to our channel to get more videos  This exercise helps build up the muscles in your upper body, your triceps, shoulders, abs and chest. Place your hands and feet on the floor and bend your body in an upside down ’V’ shape. Bend your elbows and bring your body towards the floor. When your body is close to the floor, raise your upper body up as far as possible. Push back to the starting position and repeat.
