I Learned How To Muscle Up In 3 Days! For 100 days prior I did one of the most intense training regimens known to mankind. This gave me the strength I needed to complete the muscle-up, but it was the technique that I was lacking. So I took it upon myself to watch dozens of muscle-up videos until the proper technique was engrained into my brain.
