Honda VFR750 Oil Change

How to change the oil of a forth Generation VFR750F. If you have problems with the oil I use, Then don’t use it. I have gotten tens of thousands of miles using Automotive oils. Use whatever oil you please. I don’t care what kind of oil you use. And you should not flame me for my choice of oil. It is my bike to do with as I will. My 2008 Ducati 848 has 51K miles on Mobile 1 10w40 High Mileage oil. Zero oil related issues.
