Ennio Morricone - Chi Mai (Le professionnel) [piano + echo + strings]
Ennio Morricone composed Chi Mai in 1971 for Italian movie Maddalena (Chi Mai means Who Ever in Italian, although it looks Asian to me :), and reused it in 1981 for the beautiful climax of French film Le Professionnel starring Jean-Paul Belmondo who insisted on using this music. Chi Mai was also reused in some other movies and TV series and is famous in French pop culture thanks to a memorable dog food TV ad for Royal Canin, where the music is playing while a dog is running in slow motion.
