warning share about typhoon and death person

Hello deaf community. Please don’t touch at the post of the electric ⚡ and wire cause you get electrocuted due to die in a floor where the typhoon will hit in Luzon. Please don’t go out anywhere the lighting can hit you. Stay away from mountain or damaged things which accident you so bloody. You bring the die person away from electric post. Don’t use your slippers cause needles sting your feet’s and dirty water can affect your sickness use your shoes to avoid dangerous hope your all have safe place to stay in you house....
