Butterflies

New process video showing how I created the Butterflies paper artwork 🦋 This time there is a lot of ’me’ footage in this video - I thought it might be interesting to show that working on the large scale paper artwork positioned upright is a bit similar to painting (minus the wet mess)... there are many similarities: e.g. lots of up&down and back&forth movement going on as I work on different areas across the large surface, and constantly step back to observe the whole artwork to ensure all individual elements are in balance and artwork works as a whole.
