Takemi is bae... *AHEM* ERM, ANYWAY, Here’s our long-awaited cover of Butterfly Kiss! This one has been in our queue for over a year now, and we’re happy to finally do it. It’s also surprisingly one of the most difficult tunes we’ve had to do (pardon the instances of mistakes that may show up)! But this was the first time any of the band has seen the chart, and we did one take immediately after running through it with only 10 minutes left of studio time - so considering that, I’d say they’ve done a great job! We love the change in pace this song offers from the songs we normally cover. It opens up even more possibilities for us to, well, be jazz musicians lol.
