George gives his view on latest Ukraine talks

George provides his take on RT America concerning the potentially dangerous situation continuing to unfold regarding the United States and Russia over Ukraine. Following initial discussions in Geneva on the Ukraine security situation, the Russian and US delegations are getting down to the nitty-gritty of their week-long security talks in Brussels. So far the US has promised a written response to Russia’s security demands which include no further eastward expansion for NATO or no Ukrainian membership in the military alliance – as well as a promise missiles, will not be positioned near Russian territory.
