[RAW] Sonic Heroes E3 Beta Grand Metropolis Port [10.8]

Major changes include never seen geometry, much earlier textures, inside building being outside building and a large unseen chunk of the level alongside other minor changes. Some dynamic scripted objects (in this case only the billboards) in the final cannot be removed due to crashing (they are referenced in the relocatable memory module files). Sadly this also means some objects cannot be brought back, this is interesting because these objects have extra pipe and path models, and there is a bunch of them
