The International - by Kevin Brauch, featuring Campari ’Aperitivo’ 1 part (oz.) Campari 1 part (oz.) premium Vodka (for our purposes, Wyborowa) 2/3 part (oz.) Port wine 1/2 part (oz.) Chambord (substitute Creme de cassis) 2 dashes orange bitters Combine ingredients over ice and stir Strain into chilled cocktail glass (thinking coupe) Can also be strained into small Collins style glass over crushed ice Garnish with orange zest.
