a slow day - how to unplug for a bit

a day of seasonal living: cultivating balance, social media, and cottage life I wanted to make a 2 part series on my relationship with technology and cottage living - both my love for it but also the challenges that can arise when I use it in ways that don’t benefit me. As an artist living rurally, my phone has allowed me to start my own business, without it I would not have been able to do that! I am so grateful and yet have discovered how empowering it can be to feel in control of your phone usage, instead of your phone controlling you.
