U.S. and Japanese Service Members Conduct CBRN Training during Keen Sword 23 Exercise. U.S. service members and members of the Japanese Ground Self Defense Force (JGSDF) participate in a mass casualty training during a simulated chemical attack during exercise Keen Sword 23 at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Futenma, Nov. 13, 2022. Keen Sword exercises the combined capabilities and lethality developed between the 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force, and the Japan Self Defense Force (JSDF).
