Delhi erupts in rage after car drags woman for 7 kilometers; Murder or accident?

Delhi erupts in anger after a woman is dragged by a car for at least 7 kilometers. Scores of angry locals gathered outside the Sultanpuri police station in Delhi. The protesters blocked traffic, demanding punishment for the men who dragged 20-year-old Anjali in the wee hours of January 1. They allege that police are treating the incident as an accident case. The woman’s family also suspects foul play and refuses to term it an accident. Police had found the woman’s body without clothes and with broken limbs, leading to suspicion that she had been sexually assaulted and murdered. According to the police, it appears to be a case of rash driving as of now.
