Tamiya 1:48 F4U-2 Corsair

For a kit that’s over 20 years old, Tamiya still holds their own. This was a very fun kit to build and to paint up. I was really surprised by how easy Army Painter paints were to airbrush. I used Vallejo Airbrush Thinner at about a 60-40 ratio of paint to thinner. That being said I’m really excited that The Army Painter is releasing an all-new Airbrushing Medium, which has is thinner and flow improver, and that just sounds excellent and will make airbrushing a whole lot easier and more fun. Just be careful as Mineral Spirits will strip off this paint almost instantly.
