HOW TO MAKE this Classy Mid-Century Modern Serving Tray // Plans Available 👇👇 Click “Show More” for Plans and Stuff! 👇👇 🛒 Plans for THIS PROJECT: This is an excellent starter project because there are only a few pieces, put together with very basic joinery, and yet the end result is a classy and useful serving tray. I built a version of this tray over 40 years ago in 7th grade shop class. I decided to revisit this project and make a new version. I first drew it on the computer in Sketchup, and used that to make 1:1 plans that I could easily trace when cutting out the parts. It has the classic lines of mid-century modern projects, and given that my own tray has lasted 40 years of use, I think one that you build should last you for a long time as well.
