Rumania. Various shots of the men of the Forestry Ministry setting up nets at strategic points in the hill in the Bucegi Mountains during the hint for the black goat. Then they scare the black goats with gun shots and force them into the netted area and into the nets. They carefully take the goats away to populate another area where they are now scarce. (Comb.
