Queen Elizabeth II is driven in an open car with officials (including President of Liberia, William Tubman?) away from a large white building and past cheering crowds. Several shots of spectators. Some in traditional costume playing instruments and singing. The Queen is greeted on arrival at an event by a little blonde girl and some African children who present her with bouquets of flowers. She is accompanied by an official as she walks along and chats to people. Prince Philip (Duke of Edinburgh) is also seen. Beautiful sunset (or sunrise) over the sea with palm tree in foreground. Queen gets into open car with officials and is driven off. Prince follows in the next car. Crowds wave as they go past.
