London. MS. Queue of people outside St. Paul’s Post Office in London waiting to purchase stamps from decimal coin vending machine. Various shots of the people putting their five new pence coins into the machine. They receive five stamps for this: 2d., 2d., 3d., 1d., 4d. The stamps are issued sideways in sets of five. One group of men are seen on their way to spending $15 in the machine and are seen winding up their stamps. Several shots of an ambulance car leaving its garage and driving up London street - this short sequence seems to belong to another item - unclear. (Orig. Neg.)
