Narrator talks of a superstition whereby wishes written on pieces of paper are wrapped around a coin and thrown from the train. If the coin should land in the water the wish will come true. M/S of a man on the bridge picking up a paper covered coin and unwrapping the paper. C/U of the wish which reads: “I hope my next will be a boy.“ C/U of the man laughing and walking away.
