The Singing Lesson Sandy Powell (1930)

Titles read: “The SINGING LESSON“ Pathe Studio, London. Sandy Powell goes for a singing lesson. There is much cross talk between the singing professor, played by Frank Lorden, who is to teach him and Sandy. There’s not much singing but what there is is pretty dreadful! Sketch ends with Sandy saying he’ll sing ’The Lost Sheep on the Mountains’. He starts bleating - the singing teacher cries out and runs off in despair. The sound on this combined print is very poor. Either use original or treat sound. This is duplicate of item in Pathetone PT 022 - see separate record for details. FILM ID: A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ. EXPLORE OUR ONLINE CHANNEL, BRITISH PATHÉ TV.
