At the age of 8 years old Hehm started training and fighting around Phuket until he was 10 years old. Hehm lived in the gym right next to the ring. Then at the age of 11 he moved to live in Bangkok where he stayed for the next 8 years and gained all his knowledge and experience. He then returned to Phuket back to his roots where he met his wife to Nicola, they now have a 4 year old son called Henry.
