Biden walks down a street on Capitol Hill to find some ice cream.

This was a day where I had nothing planned, but then managed to see Joe Biden just a few dozen yards away from me as he made his way down Barracks Row on Capitol Hill (next to the Marine Barracks) to visit a local store (Honey Made), shake hands with some kids from a small charter school, chat with the Marines and then, most importantly, get some ice cream.
