Hand carved wine cellar door

These wine cellar doors were constructed from walnut wood. The grape ornament is glued on the door and consists of walnut wood leftovers were glued together in order to fit the grape carving all the grapes and leafs, putty is applied in cracks then sanded down with orbital sander. After cleanig of the door from dust, linen seed oil is heated up and aplied on the doors in heavy coats. Last thing is creating a little pattina on the ornaments by aplieing bee wax in colour of gold and copper. And wine cellar doors are finished...
