The legs move like a locust’s (with the hand holding an invisible spear). The Jian Zhu stance is employed, with each step resembling the chicken-leg stance (the feet acting as spears), the spine forming another spear. The three sections of the body merge into one, generating force as if pulling silk. Strength is sought in movement, with the hands and feet drilling into position. The horizontal movements rise and fall naturally, yet the horizontal motion remains hidden within continuous action. The body methods align with Dai Xinyi Quan, with the twelve major forces—leading, intercepting, cutting, and slashing—contained within a single movement. With long-term diligent practice, the adhesive force of Xinyi Quan emerges, which is also a supreme method for health cultivation.
