The presentation is based on a book entitled “The Pyramid Principle: Logic in Writing,” by Barbara Minto (Prentice Hall, London, 2002). The method is based on presenting information in the form of answering the following three questions. What does the audience know? What problem needs to be solved? How to solve the problem? The method is applied hierarchically so that the following questions are answered at the beginning of the document. So what? Who Cares? What is in it for me? The presenter applies The Pyramid Principle to all of his writings and presentations.
