If you’re looking for a short but relatively intense full-body workout to check the boxes on your yoga fitness needs, this is a great one for it.
This workout is part of the Everyday Yoga Series, a program featuring workouts designed for the experienced/intermediate user to address your overall, strength, flexibility, and mental wellness goals in just 15 minutes. Modifications are provided for beginners and the inflexible, but less instruction that you might find in some of our other workouts.
