#sims4basegame #sims4modernhome #sims4modernbasegame This is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home. It has two living spaces, one on the main floor and the other is the upstairs loft. It has an open kitchen and breakfast nook, but there is also a formal dining room off of the kitchen that is great for hosting large parties! There is also a study/office on the main floor. All of the bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has it’s own private bathroom. The two other bedrooms both have their own doors to a shared bathroom, but if you need another shower, there is one in the bathroom off of the loft living area. ***The artwork by Louloukiie was showing up as custom content when I was uploading the home to the gallery, so to avoid any confusion I removed their paintings from the build.
