3D Printed WALL·E Replica

The robot replica is constructed out of 310 individual printed parts, and contains 7 micro-servo motors to articulate the arms, neck and head. All parts were designed in Solidworks, and then 3D printed in PLA plastic using a Prusa i3 clone. Two geared 12V DC motors are used to power the wheels. The motors are all controlled by an Arduino Uno, which in turn is connected to a Raspberry Pi. The robot can be controlled over WiFi using a web interface.
