In this video, I demonstrate some yoga stretches that are performed with the use of a wall as a prop. These postures are ones that I like to use with my students toward the end of a class, especially in a restorative class. Although I demonstrate the stretches relatively quickly in this video, spend time in each pose to reap the full benefits.
