Gemini Rising - Best Case Life (Digimax Dance 80s Remix / Lyric Video)

As much as I love Gemini Rising, I wasn’t planning on doing a remix of one of their tracks. I made this at the request of a good DJ friend in Mexico City. He loves the original just as much as I do, but at under 3 mins in duration, he wished it was more DJ/Club friendly. So I made this version with those thoughts in mind. I hope you like it. Disclaimer: I always try to come up with my own melodies as much as possible. That’s been the case with the majority of my remixes and original tracks. For this one I did resort to Splice and ended up using the lead melody. It’s my own sound, but the melody was taken from Splice. I use that site for inspiration and sample search purposes, but in this case, I heard the melody once and then I couldn’t un-hear it again. So I just kept it with minor modifications while still using my own sound.
