A landmark security pact has been Australia, the United States and the UK, with the three leaders announcing the deal in a live international hook-up. Under the new agreement, Australia will be given help to develop a nuclear-powered submarine fleet to be built in Adelaide. The three allies will also share information in areas including long-range strike capabilities, artificial intelligence and cyber warfare.
