The Echo: saturation as compressor

Check it out. The peak average stays the same but overall loudness perception is higher. The OVDR setting on The Echo sounds more transparent (different harmonics) and less compressed compared to the super lovely TUBE setting (adds a very pleasant 1st EVEN harmonic, even without any drive). But settings are extremely useful got getting some analog saturation sounds. See
