Vladimir Milov. Russia’s energy policy of the past 20 years

Dr Milov will address Russia’s energy policy of the past 20 years. Particular attention will be devoted to the privatization and reforms, to the re-nationalization of parts of the energy sector and the model of vertical integration. Subsequently he will address the crucial question of the role of foreign investment in Russia’s upstream sector. Finally, Dr Milov will touch upon Russia’s position in the international energy markets in times of rapidly growing competition, as well as the increasing complexity
