HOW TO DO BAR MUSCLE UPS | How to GET YOUR FIRST BAR MU, & STRING BIGGER SETS! Hey TEAM!! Back at it today on this wonderful Monday with a HOW TO!! We know its been a while, but are pumped to be back with these vids!! BAR MUSCLE UPS! You have to make sure you are away from the bar to have them. Its a slow movement, but fast execution. If you speed everything up you will use that kip to go right into a chest to bar, and wont be able to go AROUND the bar. THE CHICKEN wing effect happens when you are just simply to close to that bar, on turn over. So make sure to hit these drills, and don’t rush the process.
