This video was created by a 3D artist who posts on YouTube as “VFX“. It’s been re-uploaded a few times as an actual UFO video, and fooled a few people - even people commenting on VFX’s channel! Original: Looking at the repeating textures in the road shows that it’s a CGI fake.
