The Highlanders 4 SCOTS Pipes and Drums return march to Ballater after 2019 Ballater Highland Games

The Highlanders, 4th Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland, are a heavy protected mobility infantry battalion, and HRH Prince Philip (The Duke of Edinburgh) is the Royal Colonel. Soldiers of the Battalion wear a blue hackle in their Tam O’Shanters.
